Atami is for some an area quite similar to Monte-Carlo. Lot of mountains, next to the ocean and the nature around is beautiful.

The house I am going to buy is built of concrete, it’s not a traditional house and the isolation is good (Japanese style house has the sad reputation to be cold since they are made up of woods).

It is really high up on the hill (one the highest). Both the mountains and the the ocean are next to you.

Large Supermarket is 15 minutes by walk.

There are two houses: one big and one small in the backyard (and in between a BBQ place!). It means we can easily extends the capacity up to 18 people.

The place is very quiet

It is great for family or work retreat. Area is very quite. Defining a relaxing place
